CBPE Capital Fund VIII A

Pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, NOTICE is hereby given that with effect from 15 January 2018, FCPR APEH Europe V transferred all of its interest held by it in the CBPE Capital Fund VIII A LP, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP13353, to FCPR Idinvest Strategic Opportunities and with effect from such date FCPR APEH Europe V ceased to be a limited partner and FCPR Idinvest Strategic Opportunities became a limited partner in the Partnership.
