Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Partners Group Private Markets Credit Strategies 2 S.A. acting in respect of its Compartment Domblick I has transferred its entire interest in Partners Group Access 840 L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL023853 (the “Partnership”) to Partners Group Domblick S.C.A., SICAV-RAIF. Pursuant to the transfer, Partners Group Private Markets Credit Strategies 2 S.A. acting in respect of its Compartment Domblick I has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Partners Group Domblick S.C.A., SICAV-RAIF has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
