I, Paul Dounis, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG, (IP No. 9708) hereby give notice that Lindsey Cooper (IP No. 008931) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 9th Floor, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF and I were appointed Joint Liquidators of the company by resolution of the meeting of creditors held under section 138(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 10 January 2018. A liquidation committee was not established. Accordingly, I hereby give notice that I do not intend to summon a further meeting for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me as soon as possible.
