STATEMENT BY GENERAL PARTNER

EPIRIS CLUB 2007 LP

Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 notice is hereby given that on 1 October 2017 United States Steel and Carnegie Pension Fund, as former trustee for the RMI Retirement Plan Trust assigned its entire interest as limited partner of Epiris Club 2007 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP012583 (the "Partnership") to RMI Retirement Plan Trust, acting by its trustee, The Bank of New York Mellon.

United States Steel and Carnegie Pension Fund, as former trustee for the RMI Retirement Plan Trust ceased to be a limited partner and RMI Retirement Plan Trust, acting by its trustee, The Bank of New York Mellon was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
