Notice is hereby given of a Note which was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court on 5th January 2018 (reference GLW-B43-18) by Rashpal Singh, 155 Balshagray Avenue, Jordanhill, Glasgow, G11 7DL ("the Noter")  seeking leave for the Noter to act as a director of Singh and Hussain Limited having its registered office at 505 Great Wester Road, Glasgow, G12 8HN being a company trading by a name that is a prohibited name in relation to the Noter in terms of Section 216 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (viz "Maguire Solicitors"); by deliverance dated 10th January 2018, the Sheriff at Glasgow appointed all persons interested if they intend to show cause why the Note should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within 14 days after publication of this advertisement; all which notice is hereby given.
