Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual Meeting of Members will be held at the offices of McAlister & Co Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, 10 St Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW on 15 February 2018 at 10.30 am. This will be followed by an Annual Meeting of Creditors at 11.00 am, for the purpose of receiving the account of the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings of the conduct of the winding-up during the year ended 12 December 2017.

A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at the above Meetings must be lodged at the address shown above no later than the close of business on the working day prior to the Meeting.
