Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 31 December 2017, PEP SR I Umbrella L.P. transferred 90% of the interest held by it in Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund II (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP 11265, to HarbourVest Real Assets Fund III L.P., and transferred the remaining 10% of the interest held by it in the Partnership to HarbourVest Secondary 2017 Private Equity Partners L.P. (both transferees being the "New Limited Partners") and that with effect from 31 December 2017, the New Limited Partners were admitted to the Partnership as limited partners and PEP SR I Umbrella L.P. ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
