Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 January 2018, Longbow Finance SA, (the "Transferor") transferred its interest in Investindustrial VI L.P. (the "Partnership") to JFK Capital Alternative SICAV (The "Transferee").

As a result of the above transfer, with effect from 1 January 2018 the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
