Notice is given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Felton Money Purchase Section of the Water Associated Employer Pension Scheme (the Section) is being wound up in accordance with its governing provisions. Previously the section was also known as the WTI section and the Longhirst section.

A notice has been sent by the Trustee to all scheme members with known benefits in the Section. If you have not received any such notice, and believe that you have any entitlement to benefits from the Section, please contact Katie Cooke, Secretary to the Trustee at: Capita, Hartshead House, 2 Cutlers Gate, Sheffield, S4 7TL within two months from the date of this notice. Members who have already received a notice need not respond.

Following this, the Trustee will proceed to distribute the assets of the Section among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice, and in respect of the assets of the Scheme so used will not be liable to anyone of whose claim they then have had no notice. Claimants' particulars should include their full name, address, date of birth and details of their period of employment to which their claim applies.
