Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 December 2017 Altamar Buyout Global II, F.C.R. and Altamar Buyout Global III, F.C.R. transferred to ASF Brighton, L.P. part of their interests held by them in the Partnership (represented by a respective capital contribution of €63.57 and €49.95) and that with effect from such date ASF Brighton, L.P. became a limited partner in the Partnership.
