Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Access Capital Partners Group S.A. has transferred its entire interest in Access Co-Investment Fund Buy-out Europe LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL13340 (the “Partnership”) to each of the following:

1. Vernet 2 Limited; and

2. Access Capital Partners Advisor UK Limited.

Vernet 2 Limited and Access Capital Partners Advisor UK Limited have each been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Access Capital Partners Group S.A. has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
