Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Horsley Bridge International IV, L.P. transferred 100% of its interest in Apax Europe VII – A, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011814 (the “Partnership”) to Strategic Partners VII Investments, L.P. (Series B). As a result, Horsley Bridge International IV, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
