Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 December 2017, Horsley Bridge International V, L.P. transferred its entire interest in Litorina IV L.P. (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014049) (the “Partnership”) to Strategic Partners VII Investments, L.P., and that, with effect from that date, Horsley Bridge International V, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Strategic Partners VII Investments, L.P. was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
