1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 15th December 2017 the Council of the London Borough of Hackney made the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce permit parking bays, disabled bays, 4hr maximum stay shared use bay and associated waiting restrictions in the following roads as Zone T;

o ALKHAM ROAD

o LAMPARD GROVE

o MARGARET ROAD

o WINDUS ROAD

3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 2nd January 2018, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made. These can be viewed in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, E8 1DY. 4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
