CONGESTION CHARGING

TRANSPORT FOR LONDON as charging authority hereby gives notice that the Mayor has confirmed the Order made by Transport for London under Schedule 23 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999 entitled the ‘Greater London (Central Zone) Congestion Charging (Variation) Order 2017’ (‘the confirmed Variation Order’) with modifications. The confirmed Variation Order amends the Greater London (Central Zone) Congestion Charging Order 2004. The change it introduces is as follows:

1) The level of the Congestion Charging penalty charge is increased:

Discounted penalty	£65	£80
Full penalty	£130	£160
Charge Certificate	£195	£240
