Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that HgCapital General Partner (Scotland) Limited has ceased to be a general partner in the following private fund limited partnerships registered in Scotland:

1. HgCapital Saturn FAF L.P. (registered number SL032338); and

2. HgCapital Saturn P&E Co-Invest L.P. (registered number SL032339),

(together, the “Partnerships”) by virtue of a transfer by HgCapital General Partner (Scotland) Limited of its entire interest in the Partnerships to Hg Saturn General Partner L.P. Inc..
