Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 20 October 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 29 November 2017, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of ELAZAR MENACHEM MAN JOSEPHS, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 2(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of ELAZAR MENACHEM MAN POLLINS and assumed the name of ELAZAR MENACHEM MAN JOSEPHS.
