Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company is to be held by correspondence under the provisions of Paragraph 58 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 2.28 of The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 (”the Rules”).
