ABANDONMENTS

– GARDINERS CROSS ROAD, MAGUIRESBRIDGE

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) being of the opinion that the road is not necessary for road traffic proposes to make an order to abandon 268 square metres of grass verge at the junction of Gardiners Cross Road and Tullyhill Road, Maguiresbridge, Co. Fermanagh.

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft Order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 29th November 2017 to 05 January 2018 at DFI Roads Western Division, County Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh, Co Tyrone, BT79 7AF, or viewed online at www.infrastructure-ni.gov.uk/consultations

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address above or emailing TransportNI.western@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection. – Old Road, Poyntzpass

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI), being of the opinion that the road is not necessary for road traffic, proposes to make an order to abandon an area of 849.5 square metres of superseded road at the U7882 Old Road, Poyntzpass from a point 65 metres south-east of its junction with the A27 Church Street extending for a distance of 248 metres in a northerly direction. The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 29th November 2017 to 9th January 2018 at DfI Roads Southern Division, 17 Ballynahonemore Road, Armagh or viewed online at www.infrastructure-ni.gov.uk/consultations

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI), being of the opinion that another road is available which provides alternative facilities for road traffic, proposes to make an order to abandon a length of 213 metres of road at New Line, Upper Woodburn, Carrickfergus.

The length of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 28th November 2017 to 5th January 2018 at the DfI Roads Northern Division, Mid and East Antrim Section Office, Ballykeel Depot, 190 Larne Link Road, Ballymena or by viewing online at www.infrastructure-ni.gov.uk/consultations

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at DfI Roads Northern Division, Lands Section, Castlerock Road, Coleraine, BT51 3HS or by emailing landsofficecoleraine@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
