Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 7 October 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 4 November 2017, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of JORDAN MIKAEL LAWRENCE FENDER, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of JORDAN MIKAEL FENDER and assumed the name of JORDAN MIKAEL LAWRENCE FENDER.
