Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 September 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 9 November 2017, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of ELLA ANNE GREENWAY, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of ELLA ANNE PERRY and assumed the name of ELLA ANNE GREENWAY.
