Eaton II LP

Notice is hereby given that on 15 November 2017 Eaton Manufacturing GmbH transferred its entire limited partnership interest in Eaton II LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005965, to Eaton Manufacturing III GmbH who was admitted as a new limited partner of the Partnership. Eaton Manufacturing GmbH ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
