Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the final meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held within the offices of Practiser, Chartered Accountants, 4 Burns Drive, Wemyss Bay, Inverclyde PA18 6BY on Wednesday 20 December 2017 at 10.00 am. At the meeting, I will present my final account of the winding up of the company. The meeting will also consider the following resolutions:

1) To approve my discharge from the position of liquidator of C C O Supplies Limited.

2) To authorise me to dispose of both my own and the company's books and records three months from the date of my release as liquidator.

All creditors whose claims have been accepted are entitled to attend in person or by proxy and resolutions will be passed by a majority in value of those voting in favour of it. Attendance at the meeting is not mandatory and, to be valid for voting purposes, the form of proxy must be lodged with me at Practiser, Chartered Accountants, 4 Burns Drive, Wemyss Bay, Inverclyde PA18 6BY before or at the meeting at which it is to be used.

I was appointed interim liquidator of C C O Supplies Limited by order of the Sheriff at Greenock on Thursday, 5 November 2015 and liquidator at the first meeting of creditors held on Thursday, 7 January 2016
