Cornerstone Private Equity II L.P.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, by way of a transfer dated 31 March 2016, PAL Trustees Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 01666419, and Bruce Gordon as trustees of the PAL SIPP for IPS SIPP (the "First Transferor") have transferred and assigned to MW Trustees Limited and Bruce Gordon as trustees of the BG SIPP, MW House, Penman Way, Enderby, Leics LE19 (the "First Transferee") some of their limited partnership interest in Cornerstone Private Equity II L.P. (LP014360) (the "Partnership").

By way of a transfer dated 31 March 2016, PAL Trustees Limited and James Brocket as trustees of the PAL SIPP for James Brocket (the "Second Transferor") have transferred and assigned to MW Trustees Limited and James Brocket as trustees of the James Brocket Trust, MW House, Penman Way, Enderby, Leics LE19 (the "Second Transferee") some of their limited partnership interest in Cornerstone Private Equity II L.P. (LP014360) (the "Partnership").

Consequently, the First Transferee and Second Transferees have become limited partners in the Partnership.
