Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 31 July 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 28 October 2017, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Isabella Rosemary Stableford-Hopkins, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Isabella Rosemary Hopkins and assumed the name of Isabella Rosemary Stableford-Hopkins.
