THE HACKNEY (WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (MAP BASED) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.26) ORDER 2017

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 20th October 2017 the Council of the London Borough of Hackney made the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to;
Bethune Road – introduce double yellow lines to improve the safety and access conditions for refuse, emergency and other vehicles that require access to Lincoln Court Estate.
Charnwood Street - introduce double yellow lines to improve the safety, manoeuvring and access conditions for refuse personnel to access the wheelie bins from the flats to the carriageway.
Spring Hill - introduce double yellow lines to the southeast side of Spring Hill (between Lingwood Road and the dead end of Spring Hill) to improve the safety and access for emergency, refuse and other vehicles that use the park and river facilities.
3. Copies of the Order, which will come into force on 30th October 2017, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, in the visitors reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, E8 1DY. 4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
