At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company duly convened and held at 1 Kings Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London, N21 3NA on 5 October 2017, the following special resolution was duly passed:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily"

The company's creditors subsequently appointed Duncan Beat and Alexander Kinninmonth of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY as liquidators and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

The Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.

Both Duncan Beat and Alexander Kinninmonth have provided statements that they are qualified to act as insolvency practitioners in relation to the Company and that they consent to act as Liquidators of the Company.

They were duly appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company with effect from 5 October 2017.
