NOTICE IS GIVEN by Neil Charles Money of CBA Business Solutions Limited, 126 New Walk, Leicester LE1 7JA, the Administrator, under rule 3.54 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the creditors of the Company are requested to consent to the extension of the Administration by 12 months. The Administrator needs to extend the duration of the Administration mainly because of the outstanding book debts due to the Company as well as the ongoing investigations into the potential misappropriation of Company funds.

The Administrator gives notice that should the creditors consent to the extension of the Administration, a notice to that effect will be made available for viewing and downloading from www.ips-docs.com by entering the username KINGCBA and password 002530, and that no other notice will be delivered to the creditors.
