Graphite Capital Partners VI 'A'

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Quartilium I FPCI (the "Transferor") has transferred 20 percent of its interest in Graphite Capital Partners VI 'A' an English limited partnership with registered number LP008625 (the "Partnership"), to Adveq Mature Secondaries (Orthros) L.P. and transferred 80 percent of its interest to BKMS L.P.. As a result, with effect from 29 September 2017, Quartilium I FPCI has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership, and Adveq Mature Secondaries (Orthros) L.P. and BKMS L.P. have become limited partners in the Partnership.
