RETIREMENT OF A PARTNER
With effect from 11 August 2017, Dr Sangeeta Balakrishna Shetty retired as a Partner from the GP Practice operating at Lister Lane, Halifax; Nursery Lane, Halifax; Nursery Lane Medical Centre, Ovenden, Halifax; and Booth Town Medical Centre, Woodside Road, Halifax (“the Partnership”). The Partnership will continue to operate with the two remaining Partners, namely, Dr Balangopal Kishna Kumar and Dr Ajeet Singh.
