Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 6 September 2017, Ricardo Cacho Martinez (IP number 11012) was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in Schedules A, C, E, F & G below and Nicholas Cusack (IP number 17490) of Parker Andrews Limited (telephone 01603 284284) was appointed as Office Holder in his place. In relation to Schedules B & D, Ricardo Cacho Martinez was removed as Office Holder and Nicholas Cusack will continue as sole Office Holder.

The creditors in each of the block transfer cases listed in Schedules A, B, C, D, E, F & G be notified of this order by advertisement in the London Gazette within 28 days of the order.

Bankruptcy Court 1122 of 2017

Each of the County Court cases listed in Schedules F & G be transferred to the High Court of Justice, Bankruptcy Court for the purpose only of making this order.

Immediately upon this order taking effect, the County Com1cases listed in schedules F & G be transferred back to the County Court.

Any creditor, in respect of any of the persons listed in Schedules F&G who has an objection to this order shall have 28 days from the date of advertisement to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the order. Such applications shall not affect the transfer of the black transfer cases listed in Schedules F & G until further or other order by the Court.

The replacement Officeholder shall give notice to the creditors in each case listed in Schedules F & G of his appointment as replacement officeholder and in general terms the reason for his appointment. Such notice shall be on the next occasion upon which he would otherwise have occasion to communicate with the general body of creditors in the case in question.

The replacement Officeholder shall give notice to the Secretary of State, the Registrar of Companies in respect of the matters listed in Schedules F&G of the terms of this order as soon as reasonably practicable.

The replacement Officeholder shall file a copy of this order with each of the courts listed in Schedules F & G.

The outgoing Officeholder shall receive his release as Trustee in Bankruptcy 21 days after the giving of notice to creditors in accordance with this order, save that such release may be subject to further order in the event of an application by any creditor under paragraph 6 of this order for the specific case subject to that application.

The costs of this application shall not be paid as an expense.

Chancery Division, Companies Court 6115 of 2017

Each of the County Court cases listed in Schedules C & E be transferred to the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies Court for the purpose only of making this order.

Immediately upon this order taking effect, the County Court cases listed in schedules C & E be transferred back to the County Court.

Any creditor, or, in the case of members voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies listed in Schedules A, B, C, D & E who has an objection to this order shall have 28 days from the date of advertisement to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the order. Such applications shall not affect the transfer of the black transfer cases listed in Schedules F & G until further or other order by the Court.
