NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge on 20th September 2017 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, 124 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting and loading restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on Monday 25th September 2017, plans of the relevant roads and the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected between 9.30am and 8.00pm on Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays) and 10.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays, at the Central Library, Clements Road, Ilford, IG1 1EA.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
