Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that in terms of a Deed of Assignation dated 19th September 2017, Sabrina Sidhu assigned her entire interest and share as a Limited Partner in Equitix EPS 4 LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL21525 (the "Partnership"), to Equitix EPS GP 4 Limited (the existing General Partner) and so ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
