All creditors of the estates listed in Parts 1 and 2 have permission to apply to the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Manchester District Registry, on notice to Gregory John Mullarkey within 28 days of the date of this advertisement for the purpose of applying to vary or discharge this Order in so far as it affects the estate or estates of which they are a creditor.
