The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Belfast) (Amendment No. 6) Order (Northern Ireland) 2017”, (S.R. 2017 No. 167), which comes into operation on 25th September 2017.

The rule will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time on a length of Cleaver Avenue, Cleaver Park, Wellesley Avenue and Windsor Drive and on lengths of Essex Grove, Belfast. The rule will also prohibit vehicles waiting between 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday on a length of Cleaver Avenue and lengths of Cleaver Park. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.
