Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that HIF Core Infrastructure LP has transferred its entire interest in Hermes Infrastructure Fund I LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL9606 (the "Partnership") to London Borough of Barking and Dagenham as administering agent for the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Pension Fund. As a result, HIF Core Infrastructure LP has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
