Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that SIF Investment Company Ltd. transferred 2.01% of its interest in BC European Capital VIII-1, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010196 (the “Partnership”), to QS Tracking SLP, and as a result, QS Tracking SLP was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
