Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors herein within a period of two months from the last date of proving.

In accordance with Rule 14.31 of the Insolvency Rules 2016 I intend to treat a debt, which is a small debt (being for £1,000 or less) according to the accounting records or the statement of affairs of the company, as if it were proved for the purpose of paying a dividend. Creditors who consider that the amount of their debt is incorrect must submit a proof of debt or if no debt is owed must notify the Liquidator by the last date of proving.

Creditors who have not already proved are required to send in their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts or claims, to the address below prior to the last date of proving in order to receive a dividend.
