Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 June 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 11 August 2017 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Dinh Long Vu Hoang who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(5) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Joseph Long Vu Gardner and assumed the name of Dinh Long Vu Hoang.
