Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 6 July 2017 Palamon Capital Partners, LLP transferred to Newbury Equity Partners III Holdings L,P. a portion of its interest in Palamon European Equity IV, L.P. (the "Partnership") represented by a capital contribution of €47.55, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP016631 and consequently, on that date, Newbury Equity Partners III Holdings L.P. became a limited partner in the Partnership with a capital contribution of €47.55.
