Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of District Judge Khan in the High Court of Justice, Manchester District Registry (“the Order”):

That Tracey Howarth (the outgoing officeholder) be removed from office, as Supervisor, in each of the following Individual Voluntary Arrangements and that Dean Smith (the replacement officeholder) be appointed as replacement officeholder, as Supervisor, from the date of the Order.

The creditors in each of the cases listed in the Schedule be notified of this order by way of a notice to be published in the London Gazette within 14 days of this order and as soon as economically practical and in any event within 6 months.

Any creditor in respect of any of the persons listed above who has an objection to the Order shall have 28 days from the date of this advertisement to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of this Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the cases listed above until further or other order by the court.

The replacement officeholder shall give notice to the Secretary of State listed in the Schedule of the terms of this order as soon as reasonably practicable.

Nothing in this order shall release the outgoing officeholder from any obligation to give and file notices in respect of her removal under this order in respect of the cases listed above.

The outgoing officeholder shall receive her release as Supervisor of each of the cases listed above 28 days after this advertisement, save that such release may be subject to further order in the event of an application by any creditor for the specific case subject to that application.
