An Order is made for substituted service of the Claim Form and proceedings on the first Defendant Caroline Hudson by posting them to her last known address at 1 Taunton Close, Tyne and Wear, NE28 0QD and advertisement/notice in the London Gazette in accordance with the draft advertisement annexed to the statement of Jeffrey Alan Hudson dated 20 June 2017.

In the matter of proceedings issued in The County Court at Croydon on the 23rd day of June 2017, the Claimants have applied for an Order pursuant to Section 6 of the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and/or Section 41 of the Trustee Act 1925 and/or the Inherent Jurisdiction of the Court for an Order for the sale of premises at 5 Alcock Close, Wallington, Surrey SM6 9EP.

These proceedings under CPR Part 8 are deemed to be served on Caroline Hudson on the date of publication of this advertisement.
