Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

1. Richard Anton has transferred his entire interest in Amadeus IV ES General Partner LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL014277 (the “Partnership”) to Amadeus Capital Partners Limited;

2. Tower Pension Trustees Limited as trustees of the SJP SIPP – R P Anton has transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to Amadeus Capital Partners Limited; and

3. Sir Matt Investment AB has transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to Amadeus Capital Partners Limited.

Each of Richard Anton, Tower Pension Trustees Limited as trustees of the SJP SIPP – R P Anton and Sir Matt Investment AB have ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership.
