Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 July 2017, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (the "Transferor") transferred part of its interest including a capital contribution of £175, held by it in Basalt Infrastructure Partners L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP015216, to MassMutual Trad Private Equity LLC (the "Transferee") and that with effect from 1 July 2017, the Transferee became limited partner in the Partnership, the Transferor reduced its capital contribution in the Partnership by £175.00 and the Transferee increased its capital contribution in the Partnership by £175.
