Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 30 June 2017, Axa Secondary Fund IV L.P. transferred 100% of its interest in PAI Europe V-1 (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP12188, including its capital contribution of €100.00 to CPP Investment Board Private Holdings (3) Inc. With effect from 30 June 2017, CPP Investment Board Private Holdings (3) Inc. was admitted to the Partnership with the capital contribution of €100.00 and Axa Secondary Fund IV L.P. ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
