As per Section 16(2) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, the Scottish Government is now consulting on the documents relating to the Review of the Scottish Planning System. All documentation, including the Environmental Report, can be viewed at: https://consult.scotland.gov.uk/planning-architecture/places-people-and-planning-position-statement/. Views on these documents can now be submitted online via this consultation page, or alternatively, by email to planningreview@gov.scot, or by mail to Planning Review, The Scottish Government, Planning and Architecture, Area 2H-South, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh EH6 6QQ. Views should be submitted along with a completed Respondent Information Form by the close of the consultation period on 11 August 2017.
