WHEREAS BARDON BARS LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC448680 was dissolved on 7 March 2017; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Bardon Bars Limited was, by virtue of an Assignation by David Horne with consent of Punch Partnerships (PTL) Limited in favour of the said Bardon Bars Limited dated 22 and 24 July 2013 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 11 November 2013, the Tenant under a Lease between Punch Taverns Properties Limited and the said David Horne, dated 5 September and 8 October and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 24 October all in the year 2002, of ALL and WHOLE the licensed premises known as the Fereneze Inn, 70 Carlibar Road, Barrhead, G78 1AD; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Bardon Bars Limited came to my notice on 24 May 2017: Now THEREFORE I, DAVID BRYCE HARVIE, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
