Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, that an adjourned final meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at BDO, Lindsay House, 10 Callender Street, Belfast BT1 5BN on Monday 31 July 2017 at 11:30 am. The purpose of the meeting is for receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators and to decide whether the Liquidators should be released in accordance with Article 147 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989.
