Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that BLACKSTONE REAL ESTATE UK LIMITED has transferred 100% of the interest held by it in BREP MAC UK HOLDING L.P. being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP018031 (the “Partnership”) to BLACKSTONE REAL ESTATE CAPITAL GP ASIA LLP in its capacity as general partner of the Partnership, and consequently BLACKSTONE REAL ESTATE UK LIMITED has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
