Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 May 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 26 May 2017, I, FAIZ MOHAMMED RAZAQ of Apartment 6, St. Quintin House, 1 Princess Louise Walk, London W10 6DS, single, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Mohammed Razaq and assumed the name of Faiz Mohammed Razaq.
